Turkish Family Health and Planning Foundation
Since its establishment in 1985, The Foundation has had a set of quantifiable, reachable goals on such issues as maternal and infant child mortality, reproductive health and availability of and access to a full range of modern, safe and effective family planning services. Additionally, the Foundation put a lot of emphasis to Information, Education and Communication (IE&C) activities because we believe that if we want reproductive health and family planning a household word, a community norm and a choice of informed individuals, then due attention should be given to IE&C activities. It is our sincere belief that good communication programs, more than any single program element, can help to move the world from awareness to advocacy to action. |
