Launched during <strong>European HIV Testing Week (November 18\u201325)<\/strong> and <strong>World AIDS Day (December 1)<\/strong>, the project aimed to help transform social prejudices about HIV by harnessing the power of art.<\/p>\n<p>Our Foundation participated in the project\u2019s launch event held on <strong>November 25<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, experts shared insights on a wide range of topics, from HIV transmission to treatment, and from stigma to recent medical developments. As TAP Foundation, we emphasized that <strong>misinformation about HIV transmission, prevention methods, and treatment options remains widespread<\/strong>, underlining the importance of continued awareness and education efforts.<\/p>\n<p>We drew attention to the growing prevalence of HIV among younger age groups, stressing the need to <strong>protect adolescents and youth from related health risks<\/strong>. We also highlighted the <strong>lack of comprehensive health education in formal curricula<\/strong>, especially for children and adolescents, sharing findings from curriculum-based research.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting concluded with a strong emphasis on the role of <strong>comprehensive sexuality education<\/strong> in not only preventing health risks but also enhancing adolescents\u2019 life skills and fostering responsible behavior.
